Nathan De Corte (BE, 1986) tells the solsohow Barbé gallery in a personal and contemporary story about youth and themes of failure and malcontentie. It is a projection of experiences and feelings. The stress, uncertainty and expectations “being” entails.

Realistic, graphic drawings are black and white. The hardness of the Bic does not forgive.  They insinuate obsessed with the weight of the world and the relief you nothing about having to wear. A false display of humor and melancholy.
A melancholy is not sad, not idealistic, not hopeful.
Despondent forward.
